Project Deliverables

Upon completion and full payment, you will receive ownership of the final project deliverables as specified in your project agreement. However, Floatmap retains the right to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to commence work.
• Progress payments may be required at specified milestones.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery of deliverables.

Limitation of Liability

Floatmap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Floatmap harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
