The design preserves the theatre’s circular geometry while introducing new layers, performance spaces, observation towers, and landscaped connections, that create a dialogue between heritage and modernity. The project envisions the site as an inclusive urban hub for public gatherings, performances, and exploration, breathing new life into the city’s historic core.
